We made some white chocolate cornflake cakes!
I love making these as they are really simple and delicious, but I have never actually tried using white chocolate before!
We broke the chocolate into pieces and melted it in the microwave.
After about 30 seconds we took it out and gave it a little stir, before adding a nice big tablespoon of golden syrup and popping it back into the microwave for a few seconds.
Once it was all melted we took it out and stirred it, but almost immediately the chocolate started to cool down and harden, so we threw the cornflakes in asap and mixed it up as fast as possible.
It still turned out lumpy, but let’s face it they still taste the same!
We finished them with sprinkles and then let them chill for a little while.
