My little boy is obsessed with cheese, and I mean completely obsessed with cheese – he would live just on cheese if he could!- so I decided to make these with him.
I found a brilliant, and really simple recipe whilst searching for inspiration on the internet!
4oz plain flour
4oz grated cheese.
Roll out to about a 1/2 cm depth and then using shaped cutters, cut out the biscuits and place on a greased baking tray.
Cook for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC.
Ready in a jiffy!
Yummy cheesy biscuits, great with a cream cheese dip for a little snack! And a tad cheaper than dunkers!
